These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and apk48 ("apk48", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the apk48 website at https://apk48.io and all associated services, including online casino games, cricket and sports betting, live casino tables, payment processing, and customer support.

• The player is found to be under the age of 21.

Upon account closure by either party, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any voided bonus winnings) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.
